From 1983, when she began her real estate career working with her father, Alison Dailey has been involved in every facet of real estate from development and financing to sales. Her team's wide experience spans single-family residences through multi-family projects, land acquisitions to property management, planning to construction. She founded her own company in 1997, and assembled a visionary team of professional sales, marketing, construction, and administrative people to assist her. Beginning with a 42-acre multi-family development at Dunes West in Mount Pleasant, SC, her company has developed, built, and sold more than 440 homes.
During its ten years in operation, Alison Dailey Homes has won over a dozen awards. The 2007 Guildmaster, awarded by an independent customer satisfaction surveying firm serving a nationwide community of homebuilders and remodelers, recognized an exemplary track record of exceptional customer service. Alison has served as president of the Charleston Trident Homebuilders, and has garnered several recognitions personally. Just as importantly, Dave Nichols, Construction Manager, and Andy Corriveau, Project Manager, have been with Alison Dailey Homes since its inception, an industry rarity and a compliment to the culture of the company.
